Chamomile infused Bulleit Bourbon // Henri Bourdain pastis // fresh lemon juice // gomme // Egg white. If you love a whisky sour, then this is your tipple; chamomile flowers are infused into Bulleit bourbon and then shaken fluffy for you with lemon juice, sugar, egg white and Henri Bourdain pastis.
Lidkoeb opened it’s doors in november 2012, and is owned by Adeline and Rasmus Shepherd-Lomborg, who are also the couple behind Ruby cocktail bar in the centre of Copenhagen. The core values of the two places are very much the same; Friendly and professional service, great products and a cosy atmosphere. However as it often goes with younger siblings, Lidkoeb is slightly more rebellious, and the music tends to get a little bit louder than at big sister Ruby. We think this is perfect for the location on Vesterbro, but come by and see for yourselves. Cheers!
